    Scope of Work: The base scope of work includes but is not limited to lobby renovations at Surfside Gardens Buildings SG-1 through SG-5. The work includes the installation of new storefront entrance systems with intercoms and key-fob access controls, construction of new recycling rooms with ventilation, key-fob access, and opaque exterior walls, installation of decorative art panels within the lobbies, patching and painting of existing ceilings as required, replacement of ceiling light fixtures were indicated on the plans, installation of new exit signage, and the addition of security cameras serving the recycling rooms. The Add Alternate Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Alternate #1 provides new ADA-accessible mailboxes, mailbox enclosures, and additional security cameras. Alternate #2 includes the installation of new floor tile finishes in the lobby, vestibule, and recycling rooms, along with new curbs and wall bases, and replacement of interior doors where operation would be affected by the increased floor elevation.

    RFP Public Education Campaign Services for the New York City Charter Revision Commission

    New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) invites firms to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP), to provide public education campaign services to maximize public awareness of New York City Charter ballot items. In May 2026, Mayor Mamdani announced the appointment of the Commission on Government Efficiency (COGE), a Charter Revision Commission tasked with making City government work better for New Yorkers. COGE is a body of 15 members and staffed by City of New York employees charged with reviewing the New York City Charter for potential revisions. The Commission held ten hearings across the five boroughs over the summer, released its interim report on July 3, 2026, and released its final report on July 23, 2026.     The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is seeking an appropriate vendor to create an electronic platform and application capable of supporting the scheduling of details, assignment, billing, and reporting, for uniformed members of the service who perform outside security-related services for participating clients of the Paid Detail program. Approximately 6,500 of the NYPD's uniformed members of the service are currently eligible to utilize the Paid Detail system to work at various locations. The successful vendor must have an existing platform and application that allows for substantial expansion in the number of the uniformed officers that could potentially participate in the Paid Detail program.
